How can I schedule a consultation with an elementary school teacher?

How do I contact the teacher of my choice?

The best possible form of contact is mobi-journal (News -> tab ‘Teachers’).

Where can you check the menu?

Our school uses the catering services of the company “Lunchowo”. The current menu can be found here.

I lost/lost my school ID card. What to do now?

If you lose your school ID card, please send a photo to the email address:

mlegitymacja@oxford-centrum.pl

In the message, please include information on the reason for making the card and who it applies to.

The photo should maintain the standards of a photo as for an ID card.

We would like to remind you that in the case of re-issuing an ID card, you will have to pay a fee of PLN 20 when picking it up at the school secretary’s office.

When will I receive my school ID card?

Applications for the issuance of ID cards are accepted all the time through the email address mlegitymacja@oxford-centrum.pl, but the issuance of ID cards from the entire previous week takes place every Thursday.

For example, if Ola lost her ID card on Wednesday and reports it by sending her photo to the above email address, she will receive it the next day. Likewise, if Anna loses her ID card on Friday – she will receive it the following Thursday.

Issuing ID cards in this way has to do with changes concerning the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Science
on certificates, state diplomas and other printed matter of June 7, 2023 (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1120). The school is required to print school ID cards according to relevant standards in the form of PVC cards.

How do I enroll my child in extra-curricular activities?

To enroll a student in additional activities, use the form found on the student’s school mail.

How do I transcribe/subscribe my child from extra-curricular activities?

For this purpose, you should also use the form located on the student’s school mail. When editing the corresponding answers (additional activities), select the option “I unsubscribe from these activities”.

What is the level of English teaching at the school?

At Oxford Primary School, English is the leading language. Children learn English naturally, through daily conversations, participation in activities and games. We also offer an extended English program that includes classes in nature, math, art and even physical education taught in English.

Does my child need to know English to enter Oxford Primary School?

No, knowledge of English is not a requirement for admission to the school.

What are the most important values promoted at Oxford Primary School?

At Oxford Primary School, we emphasize the all-round development of the child, promoting values such as respect for self and others, responsibility, honesty, tolerance, creativity, independence and diligence. We implement an educational program based on Christian values.

Does the school offer extra-curricular activities?

Yes, Oxford Primary School offers a wide range of extra-curricular activities. Among them are robotics, science experiments, puzzle games, dance classes, art classes, knitting, rollerblading, badminton, study circles and development classes for gifted students.

What is the enrollment process at Oxford Primary School?

The enrollment process includes a conversation between parents and the school management and a conversation between the child and the school counselor. During the interview with parents, all school documents and expectations of both parties are discussed. The conversation with the child is aimed at assessing his/her skills and readiness to start school.

Are uniforms mandatory at school?

Yes, uniform school attire (polo shirts and sweaters with the school logo) is mandatory at Oxford Primary School. The purpose of this is to promote equality among students and to foster values such as modesty and the ability to match the outfit to the situation.

Does the school organize trips and semi-camps?

Yes, Oxford Primary School organizes winter and summer camps and semi-camps during winter vacations and summer vacations. These are sports, language and science trips that are very popular with children. The school’s students have special discounts on these trips.

What are the school's hours of operation?

The school is open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After compulsory lessons, students can use the school’s common room, do homework or participate in extra-curricular activities.
